Refund Policy

Return window
You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must show no signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
How to initiate a return
Email pr@project1p.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Prepaid return labels may be provided for eligible EU orders at our discretion.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Non-returnable items
Final-sale items, personalised or customised products, items marked as non-returnable, and products showing wear, washing, or damage cannot be returned.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including original shipping costs.
